Jula is on an unstoppable journey – and this also applies to our supply chain. In our Inbound team, we ensure that the right goods are in the right place at the right time, every day. We are now looking for an Inbound Planner who wants to be a key player in the inflow to our central warehouse in Skara.
As an Inbound Planner, you will work daily to secure the inflow of goods to the warehouse. You will be responsible for order placement, delivery monitoring, and ongoing dialogue with suppliers – with the goal of maintaining a high level of service and a stable, efficient flow of goods. You will be part of a team of five inbound planners where collaboration, accountability, and development are in focus.
What’s in your CV?
To succeed in this role, we see that you have a relevant educational background and experience that gives you a good foundation to take responsibility for the assignment. You have a high school education, and a relevant university degree in logistics, supply chain, or purchasing is an advantage. Previous experience in administrative work is beneficial.
You have high computer literacy and good knowledge of Excel, and you are used to working in digital system environments. You are proficient in English, both spoken and written. Experience with business systems such as Infor M3 and/or Relex is also advantageous.

You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and have good judgment in both operational and administrative situations. Good to know
The position is a temporary contract lasting for one year. Start date as soon as possible by agreement, and the place of work is Jula's headquarters in Skara. Jula has a collective agreement with Unionen for white-collar workers.
